Clean and comfortable and in an excellent location. For the money this hotel really could not be faulted. Helpful and pleasant staff.

Yes the rooms are dated but the location and price are great. Got to our room and thought very old fashioned then went over to the window and saw the Sky Tower and all thoughts diminished. A bit of noise at the weekend but it is in the city centre. I would stay here again no problem. The reception staff were very helpful also.

This hotel was really lovely, our room was nice quite small but perfectly formed. The staff were really nice and helpful and there was quite alot of information available about Auckland. The hotel did have a laundry room but it was not advertised so we had to ask them. The gym was really good with great views over the docks. There is not so much to see on the north island but is worth a look and Auckland is a great base and is a nice vibrant city with lots to offer. Trips i would reccommend, the glow worm caves really amazing and the mud pools and gezzers.
