"Great value, great place" I recently stay at this "serviced apartment" complex in Auckland. We had a two bedroom apartment, kitchen, living area, and bathroom for NZ $109.00 per night. It was immaculant. We were a 10 minute walk from the centre of the city. The police station was around the corner, and we felt very safe at all times of the day or night. You can use the facilities in your room for fixing a complete meal or snacks. A good fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher are included, and in the bathroom, a washer/dryer combination. The beds are comfortable, and could easlily sleep four persons in the apartment, so the cost is really inexpensive. I highly suggest this as an alternate to the hotel scene. You won't be disappointed.

"Highly recommended" We stayed here for our first two nights in New Zealand on a Go Kiwi Silver pass and found it to be by far the best "Silver" accomodation that we experienced. Our apartment had one bedroom, a kitchen area (including a washer-dryer), a small but adequate living area and a bathroom (shower only). The furniture and decor was all very modern and very clean. There was no noise inside the building during our stay; the only noise came from Hobson street during the morning rush hour. This could be avoided by staying in a room on the other side of the building. The location is very good, a five minute walk to Sky Tower and about 15 minutes to the harbour. Car parking is available in an undergroud car park at NZ$20 per night.

"Great Value and Very Modern" Very clean, very modern contempory design and well equiped. 2 minutes walk to the Skytower. Washer Dryer in Appt with all the kitchen eqipment you would expect. Excellent value for money would definatly reccomend
